TYPO3 predictions for 2008
I spoke to Esmeralda, my favorite fortune-teller from the mystic shop around the corner. Asking her for some predictions for 2008 she explained me how TYPO3 will change im the coming year.

Here is what I wrote down after my visit:
TYPO3 is going to be big in 2008 (sorry but not in the US)
Maybe a new US President will help TYPO3 to get as big it is here in "Old-Europe".
TYPO3 Podcasts will be aired on TV
That stuff is quality content. Some major TV stations are keen to get them in their primetime slots. Series like Niptuck, Lost and Desperate Housewifes will be replaced by TSREF Copenhagen, Extensions Anatomy and TemplaVoila-Twin-Peaks for the adult entertainment.
Facebook will migrate on TYPO3 Version 5
The guys from Facebook get intrigued by the code beauty of Version 5 and decide to migrate to TYPO3. They send loads of the money from the IPO to the TYPO3 Association. They buy a Swiss Snowboard Ressort and rename it to Kaspershill.
TYPO3 runs natively on the iPhone
The Core Team ports TYPO3 to the iPhone. Now you can Twitter directly from the redesigned TYPO3 backend to all your favorite Social Networks.
TYPO3 extensions are as secure like Fort Knox
Not even the hardest hacker and crackers get to XSS and SQL inject anything into TYPO3 CMS extensions.
TYPO3.org gets a Webby Award
Just beating Wikipedia.org and the MTV Homepage in the category "best Entertainment Sites".

The new season of "24" will be about Jack Bauer trying to learn Typoscript in 24 hours while a net-terrorist try to deface buzz.typo3.org.
"Six Feet Under" make a comeback. Kasper S., Rupi G. and René F. come back from the grave and launch TYPO4.
"Battlestar Galactica" : In this new season, we discover that Karsten D. and Robert L. are in fact Cylons put on Earth to create Number Five.
