Love for usability and flexibility!
Currently 25 of age and been working with TYPO3 since 2006.
My main focus is keeping the TYPO3 Backend, as the end-user will be using, as clean and simple as possible. Not only in context of module and fields in page properties, but also the flexform available in a plugin.
I love the flexibility in TYPO3 and would love every developer to know, how they can make there extensions flexible as well! And with that in mind make it even easier/more fun to create a user friendly backend

Do you want to make some statistic etc. before letting a user download a file. You can use a standard Extbase action to fullfill your needs :)

Many extensions requires you to select some sort of record. Mostly this is done, by finding the correct uid and then enter it into a field.. This can be done a lot more "beautiful"!
